Here are some useful things to know about the shopping cart. If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

  • You can adjust the quantity of an item by clicking the number field next to the item. Removing an item from your cart is as simple as clicking on the X on the right side. Add new items to your cart on the hot tub or accessory pages.
  • Dispatch time varies depending on the items in your shopping cart. Because orders are shipped out together as a single package, the longest dispatch time will apply for the entire order.

Delivery

Transport and delivery are handled by our trusted partners DHL and LEMAN. Hot tubs are packaged sideways on a standard pallet. The hot tub will be unloaded directly on the ground thanks to a tail lift on the back of the truck.

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience! My wife and I finally decided to buy a hot tub and found Skarsgard through a bit of Google search. The customer service from Mark Durville from the outset was outstanding with nothing being too much hassle. The website is easy to use to build your hot tub and the company keep you updated every step of the way and always pleasant. Please take note of the delivery warnings - the tub will be dropped a the roadside so plan how you will get the tub to the end location well. I had no choice but to move the tub horizontally, against the instructions - so it is possible, We had 6 adults carrying it just to be of the safe side. I had also prepared my area with outdoor weatherproof sockets. Typically, the plug that the tub comes with is a large plug with RCD adaptor which didn't fit the plug sockets I had fitted - therefore my advice would be that you will need to get a weatherproof socket with a large enclosure which you can get from various outlets (I got mine from Screwfix)

Order and delivery went very smoothly . Queries answered promptly . One item missing from order delivered quickly . Tub set up and in action , holds heat very well overnight. Neighbour with teleporter helped to get tub in final position .

Great customer service
Great customer service, I needed a new cover for my 10 year old hot tub, I was told 4 month waiting time from manufacturer. Spoke to Mark he asked me to measure the existing cover he checked detail were ok I paid over the phone it was delivered the next day by FedEx. Sound simple and straight forward and it was Happy Hot Tubs know what they are doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Robert Stern
